Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we need your order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer — we’ll give you the return address.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, like:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged (not due to our error)
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm we got it and let you know if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days
  • Contact your bank — processing can take time

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they’re damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or your item arrived damaged? Email help@holycat.co and we’ll help you exchange it. If available, we’ll send the replacement after we receive your return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund goes to the person who placed the order.

Shipping returns

To return your item, email us first and we’ll provide the correct return address.

You’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or wrong. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

If you’re returning a high-value item, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or adding insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
